Origin Story
From torque to type-safety
I started out designing mechanisms and ended up designing systems. Four years of mechanical engineering at BITS Pilani taught me to reason about constraints and tolerances — I now point that same instinct at backend APIs, cloud infrastructure and AI-assisted products. I like problems where a real machine, a real user, or a real latency number is on the other end of the code.
Most recently I built industrial IoT backends and time-series pipelines, shipped a full-stack maths platform with an AI tutor, and codified a production-grade Azure estate in Terraform. On the side I run an ed-tech company.

Missions
Passionate Solver Technologies
Software Engineer Intern
Jan 2025 — Apr 2025 · Kolkata, India
- Built and shipped a Node.js OEE backend API that ingests real-time machine data over JWT-authenticated REST endpoints.
- Configured Kepware EX for live sensor acquisition over OPC and REST, simulating an industrial IoT floor with multiple machines.
- Designed MariaDB time-series schemas with strategic indexing and query tuning for high-frequency writes.
- Wired the backend into a real-time energy dashboard, visualising OEE, machine performance and consumption with Recharts.
Zomato
Software Intern
Aug 2024 — Sep 2024 · Kolkata, India
- Onboarded restaurant partners end to end — menus, pricing and operational data — through internal CRM tooling.
- Ran field research and competitor analysis, tracking acquisition metrics and reporting on them weekly.
StartupTN, Govt of Tamil Nadu
Research Intern
May 2023 — Jul 2023 · Tamil Nadu, India
- Researched early-stage startups and maintained structured datasets for program tracking and analysis.
- Supported founder outreach, event coordination and stakeholder reporting dashboards.
Case Files
2025
MathHub
- Full-stack mathematics platform with topic-wise resource discovery, dynamic filtering and a responsive UI.
- MathHub AI — a Gemini API wrapper that solves and explains problems with step-by-step reasoning.
- Online examination module with AI proctoring: browser monitoring, activity tracking and tab-switch detection.
- Scalable REST APIs and tuned MySQL queries for low-latency content and exam data.
Jan 2026
Azure Cloud Infrastructure for E-Commerce
- Architected VNets, subnets, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway load balancers and hybrid peering — 99.9% uptime at 10k simulated concurrent users.
- Reusable Terraform modules for VM Scale Sets, Cosmos DB and Blob Storage with remote state locking, RBAC, managed identities and JIT CI/CD access.
- Python automation for monitoring, drift detection and blue-green deploys; cut p95 latency from 500ms to 120ms via Network Watcher debugging.
Dec 2025
Bath Soap Dispenser
- Fully mechanical soap dispenser designed in AutoCAD — bottle, plunger mechanism and wall-mount features.
- Geometry optimised for PLA FDM printing: wall thickness, fillets and tolerances tuned for strength with minimal supports.
- Fabricated and assembled on a desktop 3D printer, iterating dimensions for smooth pump action and leak-free operation.
2025 — Present
ConceptLabs Academy
- Founded and run a tutoring company with nearly 50+ tutors serving 200+ students.
- Ran weekly reviews across tutor cohorts to keep student progress on track.
- Grew the business to roughly 1,000 USD MRR.
